The Planned Development layer shows the boundary of the approved Preliminary and general PD area established with the original zoning to Planned Development. Most likely one or several Final Planned Development agreements are established for individual developments or lots within each Planned Development. PD's established prior to 1994 may not have final development agreements and may have, at that time, used underlying zoning as parameters for the standards of the PD. All agreements found under the PD including Preliminary, Final and Amendment agreements should be reviewed to understand the zoning parameters of the PD. |
